Detailed Itinerary Overview

Kenya is a destination showcasing different attractions that add up to incredible experiences. Settling for this Escapade assures you for amazing memories. To begin with Head to northern Kenya where you get to view and capture the special five animals. Returning to Aberdare National park, found in the central Kenya it offers spectacular scenery of its mountainous terrains covered in thick tropical forests. From here you explore the Rift Valley features then proceed to the backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro for panoramic views.

Day 1: Arrival Nairobi

Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met by our representative and driver guide who will welcome you warmly. Meet & greet session, then transfer to your booked hotel in Nairobi for overnight stay.

Day 2: Nairobi to Samburu National Reserve.

After breakfast, you will be picked you driver guide who will transfer you to Samburu National Reserve. After 5hours drive, arrive in Samburu with en route game drive to your booked lodge in time for lunch. After enjoying you lunch at the lodge, have some time to freshen up before proceeding for afternoon game drives. Later go in search for the reserves uniqueness. Samburu National Reserve covering 165 square kilometres land area, is a semi – arid area hosting the famous special five animals. It borders Ewaso Nyiro River to the south, which separates it from Buffalo Springs national reserve. You will be returning to the lodge at dusk for dinner.

Day 4: Samburu to Aberdare National Park

After breakfast, drive to Aberdare National Park, known for its dense forests and unique elephant and bongo habitats arriving in time for lunch. Experience a unique stay at an “ark” style hotel, where you can observe wildlife from your room as they come at the waterhole to quench their thirst, or go on a drive in the park.

Day 5: Aberdare to Lake Nakuru

After breakfast, depart Aberdare and drive to Lake Nakuru National Park.The famous alkaline lake in the Rift Valley region. Arriving with en route game drive at the lodge in time for lunch. Later in the afternoon, proceed for a game drive for the rest of the day in this premium destination. Lake Nakuru National park is recognized as a sanctuary for the black & white rhinos, and Important Bird Area thus offers best experiences to bird lovers. Being a saline lake, its warm waters supports growth algae attracting huge number of flamingoes. Acacia and euphorbia forests are havens for animals during heat of the day. You can spot one of the big nine at the hippo pool. Be on the lookout for other

animals like the lions, zebras, Rothschild’s Giraffe, monkeys, baboons, buffalos, rhinos, gazelles and many more. In the evening you return to the lodge for dinner and deserved rest.

Day 6: Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, you will embark on a 5 hour drive to Masai Mara National Reserve. Driving along the beautiful flower farms in Naivasha lets you at the reserved property in Masai Mara in time for lunch. Enjoy your lunch at the lodge then have some leisure time. Later in the afternoon you get to explore the reserve on a game drive. You can as well opt for cultural tour at the Masai village. You are welcomed and enticed by the locals who perform songs and dances in their native dialect. There is also the jump up activity where you are welcomed to join. Later in the evening you return to the lodge for overnight stay and dinner.

Day 7: Full Masai Mara National Reserve.

Rise up early for a morning game drive to capture clear views of wild animals in the open plains as they awake or have an optional hot air balloon safari at an extra cost. Return to the lodge for breakfast and short rest. After lunch, embark on an afternoon game drive for more sightings. Masai Mara National reserve is an iconic destination rich of biodiversity. From the its open grassy plains to rolling hills crossed by rivers the area supports huge density of life.

You survey the land for the Big 5 including the elephants, buffalos, leopard, lions and rhinos, zebras, topis, gazelles, impalas, hyenas, cheetahs, foxes, elands and various bird species. Birds species here includes the vultures, eagles the weaverbirds, ostriches, the crane, ibis and secretary birds among others. On clear days Masai Mara reserve offers clear views of an orange tinged sunset worth capturing on camera.

In the evening return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

 Day 8: Masai Mara to Lake Naivasha

After breakfast, depart Masai Mara for Lake Naivasha to arrive in time for lunch. Naivasha is characterized by its fiery landscapes, lush oases, and one of the most beautiful freshwater lakes.

Naivasha sits amid the rift valley landscapes, a stunning retreat of water surrounded by greenery, teeming with wildlife and unique flora. After enjoying a delectable lunch at the resort, prepare for a serene escape onto the expansive waters of Lake Naivasha in the afternoon. Enjoy a one-hour boat ride that promises sightings of playful hippos surfacing through the waters, graciously waking birds fluttering across the sky as the mountain peaks watch over.

Dinner and overnight at your resort.

Day 9: Lake Naivasha to Amboseli National Park.

Early the morning, after breakfast depart for Amboseli National park in Kenyas South region. The drive takes about 5hours where you arrive at the lodge in time for lunch. Have a short rest and enjoy lunch as you wait for a thrilling game drive in the afternoon. Amboseli National park is a prime destination for the enthusiasts as well as photographers. It offers stunning landscapes rich in biodiversity. In the evening you return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 10: Full day Amboseli National Park

Awake to another mesmerizing dawn at the Lodge, with the paralyzing majesty of Mount Kilimanjaro standing mightily against the sky’s soft pink promises of a new day. After breakfast, go for game drive deep into this wildlife conservation with picnic lunch observing the gentleness of the plains as herds of elephants traverse their ancestral corridors, giraffes stretch toward the highest branches, and hyenas start their morning rituals. Capture moments of predators staking their claim over soil and survival, while zebras gather together dotted against the palette of green shrubs and golden grasses. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 11: Amboseli- Nairobi

After breakfast, check out and have short game drive enroute to Nairobi. Lunch on your own account. Drop off at your Nairobi hotel or at the airport.
